Providing affordable Personal training, group training, bootcamps, boxing and body transformation challenges.

The company is based around supporting, encouraging, and helping its members reach their health and fitness potential; with out the daunting feeling of having to step into a massive gym.

Its' safe, small studio will make you feel confident and comfortable knowing that we are all here to achieve the same goal; to be happy, healthy, and confident.

This is not a company trying to force weight loss, clean eating, and supplementation 'in to your face' . It is about finding what works for you and your life style. It's about creating a healthy relationship with nutritious foods and exercise.

Exercise, whether it be, light cardio, strength training or impact boxing; all have an incredible effect on the body. Before you think I'm talking about weight loss, think again. Its about making day to day activates easier, feeling better in that favourite dress, and being confident to run around with the kid at the beach. It's about feeling strong, emotionally and physically; and finally about being happy in who you are.
