The offerings at Samarpan School of Yoga are extensive and varied, including 200, 300, and 500-hour Yoga Alliance Accredited Teacher Training Courses in Kundalini Tantra Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Multistyle Yoga. Students are invited to live in the traditional Guru Shishya (Spiritual teacher – Student) tradition, embracing the Gurukul life that emphasizes learning, practicing, and living yoga in its most authentic form.
