Samsons Gym

Samson's Gym in Morden is a vibrant and inclusive fitness centre that caters to youth and adults alike. Located at The Warehouse on 809 Stephen Street, the gym offers a range of programs and services aimed at promoting physical health and spiritual well-being.

The gym is open for adult members from Monday to Friday, from 6 am to 3 pm and 7 pm to Midnight, as well as on weekends from 6 am to Midnight. For youth members aged 12-17, exclusive hours are available from Monday to Friday, from 3 pm to 7 pm. These exclusive youth hours provide a safe space for teens to work out and engage in youth-specific programming.

One of the key youth programs offered at Samson's Gym is the Youth Guys Gym, which runs on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 4 pm to 6 pm. This free program provides instruction, mentorship, and a sense of community for male youth looking to improve their fitness and learn about God. Similarly, the Youth Girls Gym program runs on Tuesdays at 7 pm and offers young girls the opportunity to work out, socialize, and explore their faith in a supportive environment.

Membership options at Samson's Gym include Youth Memberships for $10 per month, Adult Memberships for $35 per month, and Designated Adult Supervisor Memberships for $15 per month. Memberships can be purchased online, and a FOB deposit is required for access to the gym facilities.
