Train in karate at Dojo San Iku Kai in Mirabel. The dojo teaches Shorinjiryu Kenkokan karate-do and karate koshiki, with structured progression through belts. Students work on basic techniques, kata and kumite, and learn foundational positions and terminology. Suitable for newcomers to improve form and confidence, as well as continuing students aiming to test and advance through the belt system under Sensei Philippe Mercier and Sensei Rosalie Dubé.
