John and his team at Sandwell Tae Kwon Do in West Bromwich are welcoming everyone to join their traditional Tae Kwon Do classes, enhanced with modern training. John’s classes are perfect for all ages and abilities, focusing on building fitness, confidence, self-defence skills, and even helping with weight loss.
They offer flexible training options throughout the week. On Mondays, head to the West Bromwich Leisure Centre on Moor Street (B70 7AZ). Beginners' class is in Hall 1 from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and a mixed class in Hall 2. On Tuesdays, classes are held at Holy Trinity Church Hall on Burlington Road (B70 6LF) from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Fridays’ sessions are at Saracens Martial Arts, 90 High Street in Dudley (DY1 1PQ), also from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
John’s passion for Tae Kwon Do is more than just teaching martial arts; it’s about training mind, body, and soul together. Everyone here believes in the power of hard work and that consistent effort beats talent any day. Plus, it's a fantastic way for families to bond and train together.
New students are always welcome, and John offers a free trial to try out the classes. With over 20 years of training experience, the instructors ensure top-notch guidance and regular grading sessions to track progress. The next ones are on Monday, 25th September 2023, and Monday, 11th December 2023.
Safety is their top priority. All instructors are DBS checked, first aid trained, and fully insured, creating a safe and supportive environment for learning.
