Join the Saturday Morning Flow class at Falling Leaf Yoga and Massage, a Yoga club in Lawnton. This class offers a gentle introduction to the Vinyasa flow style of practice, incorporating energetic sequences that sync breath with movement. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this class is suitable for all levels and abilities, providing a relaxing and empowering hour on the mat.
To make the most of your experience, we recommend bringing your own yoga mat and blocks if you have them. It's always great to have your own comfortable gear to enhance your practice. Remember to arrive 10–15 minutes before class starts to fill out any necessary paperwork and find your ideal spot on the mat.
In terms of attire, we suggest wearing comfortable and easy-to-move clothing. This way, you can fully embrace the flow and move freely without any restrictions. Our aim is to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where you can focus on your practice and connect with yourself.
Rest assured, we prioritise the safety and well-being of our members. COVID social distancing guidelines will be followed, and wearing masks when entering and exiting the class is required. However, once you're settled onto your mat, masks are not mandatory during the yoga practice itself. We kindly request that if you are displaying any symptoms of a cold or flu, please refrain from attending the class to ensure the health and safety of everyone.
Now, let's talk about the cost. The Saturday Morning Flow class is a drop-in session and will set you back $15 per visit. However, for those interested in more frequent practice, we also offer a 5 class pass for $65 (cash only). This pass allows you to save some pennies while maintaining a consistent and dedicated yoga routine.
So, if you're looking to kickstart your weekend with an invigorating and rejuvenating yoga class, be sure to join us at Falling Leaf Yoga and Massage in Lawnton for the Saturday Morning Flow class.
