We teach true and traditional Yoga using the original traditional methods, combined with modern scientific techniques. Our focus is on practicing Yogasana, Pranayama, Meditation, and Ayurveda.
In our traditional understanding, an asana is a body position where you feel stable and comfortable in an effortless way. We practice Yogasana to slowly build strength and flexibility, leading to stability for longer meditation.
You are welcome to join our Yoga Teacher Training if you want to deepen your practice in Hatha Yoga and Asthanga Vinyasa Yoga. If you'd like to spend your holiday in Rishikesh, you can also join our Yoga Retreats or Yoga & Explore program.
