Sauchie Juniors Football Club, famously known as 'The Reds', is a semi-professional team based in the village of Sauchie, Clackmannanshire, Scotland. Originally known as Sauchie Juveniles in the 1950s, they transitioned to Sauchie Juniors in 1960 when they joined the Junior leagues.
In 2018, Sauchie Juniors advanced to the East of Scotland League top Division, retaining the cherished name 'Sauchie Juniors' thanks to their loyal fans. Over the years, the club has secured notable victories: the East of Scotland Junior Cup (1982-83, 2013-14), the Fife & Lothians Cup (2002-03, 2003-04), the East Region South Division (2010-11), and the East Region top League (2011-12, 2016-17).
Beechwood Park in Sauchie is their home ground. Their home kit features the traditional red and white, while the away kit is blue and white. The team is led by Manager Fraser Duncan, Assistant Manager Darren Cummings, and coaches Jon Tully, Iain Syme, and Greig Maitland.
From their early days as Sauchie Juveniles, they saw huge success in the 1950s, winning the Scottish Cup four times. In 1961, under Club Secretary Jimmy Millar, they moved into the Junior grade, adopting the name Sauchie Juniors. By their second Junior season, they won the East Region League Title.
The 1970s brought victories in the East Region St Michael's Cup, and in 1982-83, they won the East Dryburgh Cup and the National Dryburgh Trophy. The early 2000s saw back-to-back Fife and Lothians Cup wins.
With the SJFA restructuring before the 2006-07 season, Sauchie Juniors found themselves in the newly formed East Region, South Division, finishing second in their first season. Fraser Duncan, appointed in 2009-10, led the team to a fourth-place finish and a remarkable promotion to the premier League, becoming champions in the 2012-13 season.
