Sawtell Strollers Walking Group, based in Sawtell, New South Wales, is a friendly and flexible walking club that caters to the needs of walkers of all abilities. Whether you prefer the sandy shores of the beach or the paved paths of the town, this group has something for everyone.
Leading the way is Joy, the walk organiser who is passionate about getting people out and about. If you have any questions or want to join in on the fun, feel free to get in touch with her at xxx.
The group meets every week at the Uniting Church Carpark, conveniently located on 24-26 Elizabeth St., Sawtell, 2452. Usually, you can lace up your walking shoes and hit the trails at 4pm on Wednesdays. However, during daylight saving time, the meeting time shifts slightly to 4.30pm. It's always a good idea to double-check the weather conditions before heading out, as the group adapts its activities based on what Mother Nature has in store for us.
While the group takes a short break over Christmas, the rest of the year offers plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow walkers and discover new routes. Walking is not only a great way to stay active, but it also provides a chance to explore the picturesque surroundings and enjoy some fresh air.
So, why walk alone when you can walk with Sawtell Strollers? Join us and experience the joys of walking together. Whether you're a seasoned walker or just getting started, you'll find a warm and welcoming community ready to step out and make the most of this beautiful region.
