Sawtell Yoga is a yoga studio located in the heart of Sawtell, Australia. The studio is run by Lou, a certified Iyengar yoga instructor. With over 20 years of experience in teaching yoga, Lou has decided to take a break to explore new directions in life, but may return to teaching in the future.
During Lou's break, Theresa will be teaching Tuesday evening classes from 6-7:30pm. Theresa has been practising and learning Iyengar Yoga for many years, training under several senior teachers such as Alan Good, Pixie Allias, and Julie Hodges. She is also working towards becoming a Certified Iyengar teacher.
The studio offers various class options throughout the year. In Term 4, classes are held on Tuesday mornings from 10-11:30am, Tuesday evenings from 6-7:30pm, and every other Thursday evening from 6-7:30pm. During school holidays, Theresa will teach Tuesday evening classes.
Term 3 does not have Monday classes, but there are classes on Tuesday mornings from 10-11:30am, Tuesday evenings from 6-7:30pm, and every other Thursday evening from 6-7:30pm.
Sawtell Yoga also hosts occasional workshops for students to delve deeper into their practise. The next workshop is scheduled for Sunday, 18 June 2023, from 9-11:30am at the studio's location in Sawtell.
