SBG Cork – BJJ, MMA, Kickboxing & Fitness is a martial arts school and gym located in the heart of Cork. We offer a wide range of classes catering to all skill levels, from total beginners to professional athletes. Our classes include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Kickboxing, and the popular “Training For Warriors” fitness programme.

One of our specialities is the Growing Gorillas Programme, which offers BJJ, Kickboxing, and MMA classes for children and teens starting from age 3. We believe in providing a safe and nurturing environment for young learners to develop both physically and mentally through martial arts training.
