What is Scientific Striking?
At Scientific Wrestling Canada, we believe that effective striking is essential in any combat sport or self-defence situation. Our Scientific Striking program incorporates elements from various striking arts such as Muay Thai, Boxing, and Kickboxing to ensure our students have a complete arsenal of striking techniques. We focus on footwork, timing, and accuracy to help our students deliver powerful strikes while maintaining control and distance. Our head striking coach, Coach Marco Carbone, brings years of experience and expertise to our programs to ensure our students are well-prepared to handle any striking situation.
