Graham, the organiser of SMAC Gym, wanted to reach out to the sports community and share some updates about the membership options available.
1. Standard Membership: With this membership, everyone has access to SMAC Gym's 8000 sqft training facility, which is open 24/7, all year round. Members can use the newly refurbished gym area, featuring 3500 sqft of strength and cardio equipment. It includes a wide range of Matrix selectorised single station machines, plate loaded Matrix and Primal strength equipment, and multiple lifting platforms and cable machines. The large free weight area offers plenty of space for strength training, and the gym floor is well-ventilated and kept spotless by both members and staff.
2. Personal Training Membership: For those who prefer a more personalised training approach, this option offers 1 to 1 or small group sessions with experienced and qualified trainers. They can assist with proper form, provide tailored training programmes, and ensure members make meaningful progress towards their fitness goals.
3. Cardio Membership: SMAC Gym's cardio area includes treadmills, curved treadmills, cross trainers, recumbent and spin bikes, steppers, arm bikes, rowing machines, skiergs, and a dedicated punch bag area. This membership includes unlimited access to all cardio equipment with protection screens installed for added safety and hygiene.
4. Group Fitness Membership: Graham is particularly proud of the group fitness classes at SMAC Gym. These classes are led by experienced in-house fitness instructors and cover a range of training styles. There's the renowned “Lift & Burn” barbell class, a high-energy Circuit Class for a full-body workout, and additional suspension training classes with TRX. Other options include fitness kickboxing for weight loss and conditioning, boxing classes for all levels, and a ladies-only fitness kickboxing class.
No matter the membership option, everyone becomes part of the supportive and friendly community at SMAC Gym. Graham encourages commitment, friendship, and having a great time while working out.
