Arrive 10 minutes early, tell your instructor it's your first class for a quick 5-minute induction, and bring grip socks or grab a pair in studio.
Late arrivals aren't allowed and waitlist spots are released 5 minutes before class, and you'll need to sign your consent form in the app before you can attend.
