Our team of fully qualified STOTT Pilates teachers and Personal Trainers have years of experience under their belts. For those interested in our private sessions, we offer competitive pricing. Individual sessions are available for £60 per hour, while duo sessions, perfect for friends or partners, are priced at £80 per hour. Please keep in mind that any cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Additionally, payment is required in advance to secure your spot.
