Flow Yoga Glasgow invites interested players to join a local Yoga event featuring Seasonal Yoga. This unique style incorporates Traditional Chinese Medicine and the natural rhythms of the seasons into your yoga practice. By aligning your internal rhythms with the world around you, Seasonal Yoga helps you achieve a more balanced life and greater self-awareness.

The practice of Seasonal Yoga emphasises breathing exercises and movement that correspond with each season. In winter, the focus is on slowing down, while spring calls for balance and foundation. Summer shifts the focus to building heat and flexibility, and autumn guides us in letting go of negativity and stress from the past year. By embracing the seasons, you can effectively fuel your body, mind, and spirit.

To join an in-person class, head over to St Margarets Church, located at 353 Kilmarnock Rd, Newlands, on Tuesdays at 10 am. If you prefer a Friday class, visit Shawlands United Reform at 111 Shaw-moss Rd, Shawlands, also at 10 am. For those who prefer the convenience of online classes, Zoom sessions are available on Tuesdays at 10 am, Wednesdays at 6 pm, and Fridays at 10 am. And, excitingly, we have a new Wednesday class at 6:30 pm coming soon to Shawlands United Reform.
