For example, during Spring, practitioners focus on the Element of Wood. This season aligns with the rising Yang energy, the vernal Equinox, and the forces of creation, birth, and renewal. The Wood phase is associated with the Liver and Gall Bladder meridians, which are responsible for our navigation and decision-making.
