Group and Partner personal training options are also available via online platforms to accommodate various preferences and needs. Proof of double vaccination is required for in-person training sessions, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all clients.

Massage Therapy services are offered at Second Home Fitness from Monday to Thursday by appointment. With rates of $90. 00 for clients aged 65 and older, and $95. 00 for those 64 and younger, Registered Massage Therapy provides a range of benefits including relaxation, pain relief, improved circulation, enhanced movement, management of chronic and acute injuries, relief of headaches, migraines, jaw pain, and scar tissue treatment.

Clients receive a receipt for insurance purposes, making it easy to incorporate massage therapy into their healthcare routine.
