Nature, and all things that bring beauty and joy into life. I am also a dedicated practitioner and teacher of yoga.

My journey with yoga began over a decade ago, when I was searching for a way to find balance and peace amidst the chaos of modern life. Through my practise, I discovered the transformative power of yoga to not only strengthen and stretch the body, but also to calm and focus the mind.

Seed Yoga was born out of my passion for sharing this practise with others. I believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, shape, or ability. At Seed Yoga, we offer a safe and nurturing space where students can explore and deepen their yoga practise at their own pace.

Our classes are designed to be accessible and inclusive, with a focus on mindfulness and self-care. We believe that yoga is not just about the physical postures, but also about cultivating a deep connexion to oneself and to the world around us. Through breathwork, meditation, and gentle movement, we aim to create a holistic and transformative experience for our students.

In addition to our regular group classes, we also offer private sessions for those looking for a more personalised experience. These sessions can be tailored to individual needs and goals, whether it be to address specific physical concerns, deepen one's practise, or simply find a moment of peace and relaxation in a busy world.
