Seishin Martial Arts Academy trains karatekas in Randpark Ridge, Johannesburg, with classes for kids from 3 years and adults. The academy focuses on traditional Goju-Ryu karate-do, with attention to strong technique and form, kata (forms) and bunkai oyo (application). Students also build physical fitness, mental focus and self-defence skills, with training partnerships and structured classes for both learning and competition.
