Training covers striking techniques, falling safely and getting back up, takedowns and throws, defence against chokes, grabs and holds, grappling and ground-based fighting, plus weapons defence.
Both. The program strongly emphasises avoiding violent confrontation and understanding appropriate responses, and it also includes scenarios where physical violence is the only option.
