Senior Ballet

Cirencester Dance Club is excited to promote its Senior Ballet class, designed especially for students aged 14 and above. This ballet class offers a plethora of benefits that will leave participants feeling disciplined, fulfilled, and poised. With a focus on rhythm, artistry, control, coordination, musicality, and performance skills, students will have the opportunity to develop and showcase their talents.

At Senior Ballet, students are encouraged to push beyond their perceived limits and explore their potential within their own abilities. The 90-minute class goes beyond the traditional ballet techniques and incorporates pointe work and conditioning exercises to further challenge and strengthen dancers. Additionally, the class provides dedicated Stretch & Strengthening sessions to enhance flexibility and muscular development.

Cirencester Dance Club understands that trying out a new class can be a big decision, which is why they offer a month trial for interested students. This allows individuals to experience the many benefits of the Senior Ballet class and see if it's the right fit for them. For those willing to take the leap, online registration is required for trial lessons.

Existing students at Cirencester Dance Club are also welcome to join the Senior Ballet class. It's a fantastic opportunity for them to continue honing their skills and taking their ballet journey to the next level.
