Our lessons are designed to be enjoyable, safe and practical, with a focus on self defence, plus positive physical and mental health benefits for both kids and adults.
Training includes striking, blocking, avoidance, throws, sweeps, locks, groundwork and kata, with paired or group practice and the use of mitts, punch bags and other aids.
Our lead instructor is Luke Jackson, and classes are run by fully qualified instructors who are DBS checked, with registration, insurance and vetting through the British Martial Arts and Boxing Association.
