For older children and teenagers, our Junior Karate and Junior Kickboxing programmes provide a more challenging and comprehensive training experience. These classes focus on developing technique, strength, agility, and self-defence skills while instilling discipline and respect.
Adults also have the opportunity to join our Karate and Kickboxing classes, designed for ages 13 and above. These classes offer a great way to improve fitness, gain self-confidence, and learn effective self-defence techniques. We also have a Ladies Only Kickboxing programme, providing a comfortable and supportive environment for women to engage in martial arts training.

Our Dojo is well-equipped with training mats, punch bags, training mirrors, pads, kick shields, and circuit/hiit equipment. We prioritise safety and regularly check and maintain all of our equipment. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced martial artist, our Dojo provides a friendly and inclusive space for you to learn and grow.
We also take pride in giving back to the community. A percentage of each membership fee goes towards The BMABA Fighting Chance Charitable Foundation, which uses Martial Arts to empower and transform lives. We are proud members of the UFKKWA (Universal Freestyle Karate Kickboxing Worldwide Association), ensuring that our training meets international standards and best practises.
