SESH Training is a Functional Group Training Facility located in Naracoorte, Australia. The gym offers a pre-season programme that consists of three strength sessions per week, which can be completed either at SESH Training or any other gym of choice. Additionally, the programme includes open access to SESH Training's new facility at 165 Smith Street in Naracoorte, which provides members with a range of free weights and cardio equipment for their workouts. To complement strength training, two running sessions per week are programmed to improve aerobic endurance and conditioning.
SESH Training utilises the TEAMBUILDR app to track workouts and progress over time. Members can easily follow their personalised programme, enter weights, reps, and other relevant information to monitor their fitness journey effectively.
As part of the membership, individuals have access to one SESH Training class per week. Whether it's the STRONG, SWEAT, or SUPER SATURDAY programme, there is nothing quite like the experience of team training, especially during summer. Members can train with their friends and even plan a dip in the nearby lake after their session.
Furthermore, members will have the opportunity to receive coaching support from the experienced SESH Training team. With seven years of senior football coaching experience, the coaches at SESH Training provide guidance, support, and even serve as training partners as individuals prepare for their peak performance in the upcoming season.
