What styles of yoga do you offer? We offer a wide range of styles including Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga. Our teachers have studied across the spectrum of yoga practice and offer a variety of styles to cater to different preferences.

Can I cancel my membership at any time? Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time with no commitment. We believe in giving our members the freedom to choose what works best for them.

What is the Energy Exchange Program? Our Energy Exchange Program allows members to contribute their time and skills in exchange for yoga classes. This program helps build a stronger sense of community and support within our studio.

At Shanti Hot Yoga in Dartmouth, students are welcomed into a vibrant and supportive community of yogis. With three locations in Downtown Halifax, Dartmouth, and Bedford, the studio provides ample space for practice and growth. Founded in 2010, the Dartmouth studio has been a hub for yoga enthusiasts for over a decade, fostering a strong sense of community and connection. In 2013, the Bedford location was established to bridge the gap in the Halifax yoga community, providing more options for practitioners.

The Halifax studio, opened in 2015, brought the bustling energy of the downtown core to Shanti's community.

Shanti Hot Yoga offers a range of classes including Candlelight Restoration & Meditation, Prenatal Yoga, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. The studio's diverse class schedule caters to practitioners of all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. With an emphasis on inclusivity and individual growth, Shanti provides a welcoming space for all students to explore their practice.

In addition to in-studio classes, Shanti Yoga Online offers a virtual studio experience, allowing practitioners to access classes from anywhere in the world. With a free two-week trial, students can explore a variety of styles and teachers to find what resonates with them. The online platform features a range of classes, with new content added regularly to keep the practice fresh and engaging.
