One of the key components of our training philosophy is the emphasis on strength development. We believe that strength is essential in improving overall fitness and confidence, as well as increasing lean muscle mass.

In addition to strength training, we also offer lean mass development programmes. By increasing your muscle mass and burning more energy through structured strength training, you can decrease the amount of fat tissue in your body. This, in turn, leads to increased fat burning even while resting.

If you have an injury or a long-term limitation, we have a team of in-house Osteotherapists who can work with you to develop a specific rehabilitation programme. We integrate your structured strength training programme with your rehabilitation plan to achieve positive long-term outcomes.

At Sharpe Athletic, we provide various membership options to suit your needs. Memberships range from $90 to $205 per week, depending on the number of private sessions you require. All memberships include 24/7 access to The Performance Centre, allowing you to come to the gym at your convenience and complete additional programme days.

We offer a complimentary first introduction session, where we set goals, understand your current needs, and conduct an in-depth movement analysis. This session helps us kickstart your fitness journey and ensure that we tailor our programmes to your specific requirements.

If you have an injury, don't let it stop you from training. We work together to find suitable options while you are recovering, ensuring that you can continue your fitness journey and make progress. Our team will help you work around the injured site and avoid exercises that cause pain.
