She Kicks

The SheKicks programme is strictly for girls only, aged 6-16.

Our objective isn’t just to develop better soccer players, it’s to develop well-rounded people who are disciplined, persistent and able to work well with others.  Shaping the lives of young people is a tremendous responsibility. We will foster a player’s love for the game, and to help them achieve their potential.

​Each training session will be built around four activity stations.  One focusing on General Movement skills, one on Coordination, one on Soccer Technique and another on Small-Sided Games.  Addressing all four of these at each practise session will help develop well-rounded young players with a foundation in physical literacy, solid soccer skills and, ideally, an enduring love of the game.

​Our focus is to provide young girls with the appropriate coaching and resources to develop their playing skills, knowledge of the game and confidence on and off the pitch.

 SheKicks hopes to inspire girls to aim for higher, reach higher level playing grades and push them to reach whichever goals they set themselves.

​Whether they dream of playing for The Matilda’s or simply want to have fun with their friends, taking the right approach to the game when they are young sets the stage for a lifetime of enjoyment.
