Geoff Ritchie Sensei invites you to train at Shin Sen Dojo in Levin, New Zealand! The General Aikido classes focus on refining your techniques, blending with an opponent's energy, and redirecting it without force.
Beyond Aikido, Shin Sen Dojo offers Ki Energy Cultivation classes to harness your inner energy through exercises and meditation. Boost your energy levels, sharpen your focus, and find your inner balance.
For those interested in weapons, the dojo provides specialised training in sword and staff techniques. Enhance your coordination, precision, and timing, and learn to extend your ki through your weapon.
Shin Sen Dojo welcomes both adults and children. The training promotes self-defence, confidence, discipline, and physical fitness. Kids' classes are engaging and fun, teaching the fundamentals of Aikido in an age-appropriate way.
The dojo also offers healing arts like Ki Shiatsu therapy, which uses pressure and techniques to balance the body's energy. There are also consultations, diploma courses, and introductory sessions on various healing arts.
Classes are flexible, with General Aikido on Saturdays and Tuesdays, and Beginners Aikido on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Ki Energy Cultivation and Kotodama sessions are held on Saturdays.
