Frequently Asked Questions
We offer beginner friendly martial arts classes, including adults programs to get in shape and age appropriate pre school and kids karate classes. We also run women’s kickboxing and team training for all ages.
Team training runs Saturdays from 10 to 11am for drills and 11 to 12pm for sparring. You can also view the summer schedule for July and August 2026 and the fall winter spring schedule online.
