Kobudo at Shoshinkan, we are referring to the practice of traditional Okinawan weapon arts. In our Kobudo program, students learn how to use weapons such as the bo staff, sai, tonfa, and nunchaku in a safe and controlled environment. Not only does Kobudo help to improve hand-eye coordination and physical fitness, but it also teaches students the importance of respect and discipline when handling weapons.
