On teaching yoga and offering holistic therapies. I moved to the UK and settled in Leicester, where I have been based for most of the past 10 years.

With nearly 15 years of teaching experience, I have honed my skills and expertise in Kundalini Yoga and holistic therapies. I have taught daily yoga classes and organised numerous yoga retreats and workshops throughout Europe. However, in recent years, I have shifted my focus to daily group classes, both in-person and online, as well as providing one-on-one sessions and holistic treatments.

My passion for working with women led me to specialise in various aspects of women's health and well-being. I have been running women's circles and retreats for over a decade, providing a safe and empowering space for self-exploration and healing. In 2015, I became a certified Closing the Bones practitioner and trainer for the UK and Europe, offering this sacred postpartum healing ceremony to women who have given birth.

In addition to my expertise in Kundalini Yoga and Closing the Bones, I am also a qualified massage therapist, postnatal doula, nutrition and health coach, life and yoga coach, and aromatherapist. I have studied Ayurveda and Functional Medicine and continue to expand my knowledge in Yin Yoga and Chinese Traditional Medicine. I am dedicated to supporting women with fertility issues, PCOS, endometriosis, painful periods, and those who have experienced sexual and/or birth trauma.

My commitment to providing high-quality services and classes has been recognised by ThreeBestRated, who awarded me their 'Badge of Excellence' as the 'Best Business of the Year' for Yoga Classes in Leicester for five consecutive years from 2017 to 2021.

In addition to my yoga and holistic therapy practise, I also create organic homemade skincare and cleaning products as an aromatherapist. I believe in the power of natural and sustainable living and strive to incorporate these principles into my own life and the services I offer.
