Silent Motion Yoga is a serene and nurturing yoga studio located in Nanaimo, BC. Our studio is founded on the principles of Heartfelt Compassion, Deep Knowledge, Unified Thinking, and Silent Motion. We are dedicated to helping individuals on their personal journey towards greater fitness, health, and spiritual growth.
At Silent Motion Yoga, we offer classes and workshops that are aligned with the Four Paths of Yoga: Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Raja/Hatha Yoga, and Jnana Yoga.
