The club also offers SEN (Special Educational Needs) lessons, catering to individuals with extra physical or learning needs, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to engage in and benefit from the martial art.
In addition to traditional Karate classes, Silwood Park Karate also offers specialised fitness classes. K-Beatz is a martial arts fitness class that combines high-energy martial arts movements with an intense workout, helping participants to improve their strength, agility, and overall fitness. The club also organises Kick Punch Run, an outdoor workout session that challenges participants mentally and physically, pushing them to their limits.
Silwood Park Karate Club is conveniently located at Wildridings Primary School in Netherton, Bracknell.
