Sim Jemmett wants to share some exciting news with his fellow sports enthusiasts. Based in Bristol, Sim Jemmett Personal Training offers personalised one-on-one or small group training sessions to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether it's losing weight, getting stronger, or simply feeling better.
Sim's journey began with the Royal Marines, where he pushed his physical limits but faced a serious injury in Afghanistan. His recovery journey led him to discover the transformative power of exercise, not just for the body but for the mind as well. Leaving the Marines in 2010, Sim trained and worked in local church ministry before qualifying as a personal trainer in 2018.
Sim understands the challenges of balancing work and family life with fitness routines, as he's juggling the same commitments himself. His main goal? To make exercising enjoyable and sustainable, and to equip clients with the knowledge and skills to stay fit for life.
Sessions can take place in Sim's home gym or at a convenient location for you. He focuses on finding exercises you enjoy, so they become a lasting habit, and incorporates functional exercises to prepare you for real-world challenges. Sim also emphasises lifestyle factors like diet, sleep, stress, and daily movement for overall health and fitness.
There are different pricing options: bronze, silver, and gold packages. The bronze package includes a one-month programme with two or three sessions per week; the silver package offers the same options but over three months; and the gold package extends this to six months. Pay in full for the silver or gold packages and get a 5% discount. All packages come with a tailored at-home exercise plan, nutrition coaching, and continuous phone and email support.
For those who prefer to train with others, Sim offers small group sessions tailored to the group's needs and fitness levels. He also creates safe and effective programmes for beginners and individuals with previous injuries.
Sim is dedicated to helping you get the results you want and providing ongoing support and guidance. To learn more, visit his website or drop him an email.
