Clive's journey to his own transformation began in 2012 when he made the decision to get into the best shape of his life at the age of 46. With dedication and hard work, he reached his target within 4–5 months and has maintained his physique ever since. Clive's body transformation included a 60% reduction in body fat, increased muscle/lean mass, and significant improvements in strength, endurance, and speed. This resulted in a noticeable change in his physical appearance, including well-defined six-pack abs.
What sets Six Pack School apart is that Clive achieved these results without the need for a gym or heavy weights, and without following a special diet. Throughout his journey, he meticulously recorded every detail, from calories consumed and burned to macro and micronutrient intake, workout types and durations, and physical body changes every 10 days. These records, along with progress pictures, form the basis for the comprehensive programmes and advice offered at Six Pack School.
