SCHEMES Little Dragons follow their own award scheme which is designed to introduce and progress basic gymnastics skills for this age group. Trampoline and DMT skills and progression are also incorporated into the award scheme. ABOUT GIRLS GYMNASTICS AGE GROUP Our Girls Gymnastics classes are open to girls aged 8 and above. Gymnasts will learn and develop skills on floor, vault, uneven bars, and beam.
They will also have the opportunity to train on trampoline and DMT. APPARATUS & EQUIPMENT Gymnasts have access to state-of-the-art gymnastics apparatus and equipment, including a fully equipped floor, vault, uneven bars, and balance beam. Additionally, there are trampolines and DMT apparatus available for training and skill development. AWARD SCHEMES Girls in the gymnastics classes follow the British Gymnastics award schemes.

ABOUT BOYS GYMNASTICS AGE GROUP Our Boys Gymnastics classes are open to boys aged 8 and above. Gymnasts will learn and develop skills on floor, vault, high bar, rings, parallel bars, and pommel. They will also have the opportunity to train on trampoline and DMT.
APPARATUS & EQUIPMENT Boys have access to a range of gymnastics apparatus and equipment, including a fully equipped floor, vault, high bar, rings, parallel bars, pommel, as well as trampolines and DMT apparatus. AWARD SCHEMES Boys in the gymnastics classes follow the British Gymnastics award schemes. This allows gymnasts to progress through different levels and achieve recognition for their hard work and skill development. ABOUT TRAMPOLINE & DMT AGE GROUP Our Trampoline & DMT classes are open to both boys and girls aged 8 and above.
Gymnasts will learn and develop skills on trampoline and double-mini trampoline (DMT).
