What should I bring to class?
We recommend bringing a yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel. If you don't have a mat, don't worry! We have rental mats available for a small fee. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and avoid wearing heavy perfumes or scents.
Do I need to book for classes?
Yes, we encourage you to book your mat in advance through our Mindbody site. This ensures that you have a spot reserved in the class you want to attend. Simply select a class on our timetable and follow the prompts to reserve your mat.
Is SlowLane suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! We welcome students of all levels, including beginners. Our teachers are experienced and skilled in providing modifications and variations to accommodate different levels of practise. We offer a gentle introduction to yoga for those who are new to the practise.
What type of yoga classes do you offer?
