Currently, She Energy Yoga offers two classes for you to choose from. On Friday mornings at 9.30 am, you can start your day on a positive note by joining our invigorating yoga session. If evenings suit you better, we have a class every Wednesday at 7.30 pm that will help you unwind after a long day.
