Furthermore, we offer a range of services to cater to your individual needs and preferences. Our 1-on-1 personal training sessions can take place either in the gym or outdoors, allowing for personalised programming and fast-tracked results. We also offer small group training sessions, where you can sweat it out together with a supportive community of like-minded individuals. For those who prefer a bit more independence, we offer the Smash Active Sweat Society, which provides semi-personalised programming with weekly check-ins and optional monthly catch-up sessions to ensure you're on the right track and smashing your goals.
You can find us at two convenient locations in the Sydney CBD. We operate out of Fitness First Bond St and Fitness First The Zone. We recommend Fitness First memberships, but casual passes are also available. If you don't currently have a membership, we can help you arrange competitive rates and memberships that suit you.
We also offer outdoor training options in the Inner West and CBD areas, with locations including Redfern Park, Victoria Park, and Mary Anne St Park.
