Sin fell in love with yoga when she realised it wasn’t like other exercise classes – instead of watching the clock, she left each session feeling fantastic. Whether you've got a running injury, stress, or just need some balance in your life, Sin’s classes have got you covered.
Sin’s also great with kids! As a qualified primary and early years teacher, she brings fun yoga and mindfulness sessions to schools. From weekly classes to one-off sessions, the kids love it!
Classes are held in her cosy private studio with relaxing tunes and incense, but if you prefer, you can also join online from home. Sin’s easy-to-follow instructions and thoughtful adaptations ensure everyone can get stuck in and feel great.
