SMK Pilates

SMK Pilates is a fantastic Pilates club located in New Malden, serving the SW London and Surrey areas. Nestled within a small industrial estate, the club provides a fully equipped private studio with plenty of free parking available.

When you step into the studio, you'll find a wide range of classes and personalised sessions to suit your needs. SMK Pilates is proud to offer a variety of classes that cater to individual requirements, emphasising rehabilitation and detailed corrections. The classes incorporate both mat work and the use of our top-of-the-line Balanced Body Reformers, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, F2 Ladder Barrel Chair, Spine Correctors, and BASI Towers.

No matter your experience level, SMK Pilates has something to offer. Our group classes are conducted in small groups of 6–8 participants, ranging from mixed ability to Intermediate level. We also have specialised classes tailored specifically for men, teenagers, and those looking for a faster-paced dynamic session. If you prefer a more intimate setting, our Tower classes are designed for groups of 4 participants, allowing for a full equipment Pilates experience with shared cost and instructor guidance.

At SMK Pilates, we understand that sometimes it's more enjoyable to attend classes with a friend or partner. That's why we offer the option to schedule regular classes together, so you can share the Pilates journey with a loved one.
