We have divided our gym into four main rooms, each offering a different focus. The Life Fitness 'Hammer Strength' plate and pin-loaded equipment rooms are perfect for those looking to build and gain muscle. The Cardio Room provides a variety of machines for those focusing on weight loss and improving cardiovascular fitness.

Our Functional Fitness room is where we hold our extensive range of classes, perfect for those who prefer a more guided workout experience.

But Smudge Fitness is more than just a gym. We offer a range of additional services to enhance your fitness journey. On-site, we have a tattooist, a sports massage therapist offering a vast range of beauty treatments, and even a barbershop.

Our team of expert coaches is here to guide and support you on your fitness journey. They are qualified and experienced professionals who are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. Whether you need assistance with equipment, advice on nutrition, or a personalised training programme, our team is here for you.

We offer a range of membership options to suit your needs. From our Anytime Plan, where you can access the gym whenever suits you best, to our Class Basic and Class Premium plans, which include access to our classes, there is something for everyone at Smudge Fitness.
