Development sessions at Soccerlab include 1-on-1 sessions, 2-on-1 sessions, and small group sessions. The 1-on-1 sessions are age-specific and last for 45 minutes, focusing on game awareness, soccer intelligence, reaction time, agility, and pitch awareness. The 2-on-1 sessions are ideal for siblings or friends who can work together. The small group sessions are 1 hour long and involve a 6-week cycle tailored to the players' current stage of development.

Soccerlab also offers holiday camps, school sessions, and overseas competitions to provide players with a well-rounded soccer experience. The centre aims to create an inclusive and supportive community where players can improve their skills while enjoying the game they love.
