We focus on traditional Shotokan Karate, with training that supports physical movement, continual improvement, mental wellbeing and development of the whole person.
We train every week on Monday and Thursday from 7pm to 8.30pm at Canterbury College, in the dance studio in the main building on New Dover Road. For senior grades there is a further 30 minutes from 8.30pm to 9pm.
There is no fee for joining and the first session is free to new members. We do not charge a monthly fee, and you just pay when you train.
