Sole Pilates is a fully equipped Pilates studio in Deddington, near Banbury, offering Reformer Pilates small group classes as well as private 1:1 sessions. Training is precision-based and structured for long-term strength, mobility and confidence in movement, from beginners through to experienced movers. The studio also runs STOTT PILATES® instructor education at an official Merrithew Host Training Centre, with workshops and intensive equipment formats including chair, tower, cadillac and barrels.
