Motivated by her deepening understanding of the incredible benefits yoga offers, Jo decided to become a teacher herself, so she could share these teachings with others. She has completed 500 hours of teacher training with the esteemed British Wheel of Yoga, which includes Advanced Teacher Training and Yoga Therapy. Jo's commitment to lifelong learning is evident, as she constantly seeks to deepen her knowledge and understanding of this vast and beautiful subject.
The name “Sole Yoga” holds great significance to Jo. It is a play on words, referencing her surname's connexion to feet and highlighting our connexion to the earth through yoga. It also serves as a reminder that yoga is good for the soul.
