Lead by Jo, a qualified level 3 Mat Pilates instructor, every exercise is conducted under her guidance to ensure optimal movement and results. Jo specialises in strength and flexibility training, improving posture and balance, correct breath work, strengthening pelvic floor muscles, and promoting relaxation of both the body and mind. These efforts contribute to reducing pain throughout the body, including back, knees, and hips. Sessions are offered in small and friendly group classes or one-to-one private sessions, allowing for individualised attention.

For those seeking personal tuition, one-to-one private sessions are available, designed specifically to help clients achieve their goals quickly. Each session is customised to address individual needs and goals. Breathwork for Movement is a programme designed to reduce stress, anxiety, and menopausal symptoms, increase mobility, and improve sleep quality. Professional athletes, including rugby players and runners, use this programme to enhance their athletic performance.

Stretch and Relaxation encourages proper stretching techniques and emphasises the importance of relaxation for recovery, reducing cortisol levels, and promoting better sleep patterns.

The studio also offers a signature Beginners Course, aimed at building a strong foundation in Pilates and understanding the six Pilates principles. “Mum & Me” classes are designed to improve posture, strength, and flexibility in mothers while their babies relax or play nearby on a mat.

Group classes are scheduled on Mondays and Wednesdays, with a maximum class size of 12 participants. Classes are payable in term blocks, aligned with school term dates, although new participants can join at any time. All necessary mats and equipment are provided, and trial sessions are available.
