John, the organiser of the sports community, wants to share some exciting news. Sol Yoga – Hatha Flow Yoga with Silvia has set up shop in Winchester, offering something special for everyone. Silvia, the inspiring instructor, has created a welcoming space where people of all ages and skill levels can dive into yoga.
At Sol Yoga, their core belief is that everything you need is already within you. Silvia’s mission is to help you discover your inner strength through Hatha Flow Yoga. Focusing on mindfulness, breath work, and physical postures, these classes aim to boost both physical and mental well-being, while building strength, flexibility, and balance.
The studio offers a range of classes and services to meet various needs. From January 2024, Hatha Flow Yoga classes are available every Tuesday, and there are Yoga Wellbeing Hours every Wednesday. Fridays bring livestream classes, so you can join from home.
Private sessions are also on offer in Alland, either in the studio or, if the weather permits, in a beautiful garden setting. These personalised classes cater to individuals or small groups for a more tailored yoga experience.
Children aren’t left out either. Hatha Flow Yoga classes for kids aged 6 and above can be arranged, helping them develop body awareness, flexibility, and focus, while also promoting relaxation.
