In addition to in-person training, Sophie also provides a Minimal Equipment Plan designed for beginners. This 4-week plan can be followed either at the gym or from the comfort of one's own home. The only equipment required is a kettlebell and a few pairs of dumbbells in different weights, which are affordable and easily accessible. The plan consists of two resistance training days and one core/stabilisation day.
The cost for the Minimal Equipment Plan is $50 NZD.
For those who prefer the convenience and flexibility of online coaching, Sophie offers personalised training plans tailored to individual goals and experiences. These plans are updated in minimum 6-week blocks and include ongoing communication through an online portal. Clients have access to the portal where they can share videos and photos, and they can communicate with Sophie for feedback and form checks. The pricing for online coaching ranges from $40-50 per week, depending on the duration of the blocks.
Sophie also specialises in pre and postnatal coaching for individuals at various stages of pregnancy and postpartum. These sessions are designed to accommodate the unique needs and challenges that come with pregnancy and post-birth recovery. The training plans are personalised and regularly updated, and a monthly payment plan is available. Optional fortnightly Zoom check-ins, workout modifications, breath-to-pelvic floor connexion work, and nutrition guidance are also included.

She completed her NASM Certificate in personal training in 2019 and obtained a certificate in Pre and Postnatal coaching in 2021.
